The purpose of this study is to describe organizational citizenship behavior, commitment, culture and work motivation employees at the Public Works Department (DPU) Highways Spatial Planning in Bojonegoro Regency. To examine analyze influence on employee behavior through commitment. population 125 people with a sample using total sampling. data analysis technique uses Path Analysis SEM Smart-PLS.
